Born Kelvin DelRay Thomas on August 12, 1981, K.T. has faced life's toughest situations. His mother and father (Georgia Paulette and John Ray Thomas R.I.P.) passed away while he was in high school forcing K.T. to turn from a child into an adult almost immediately. K.T. and his brother China Red, moved back in together and made the most of a bad situation. They stuck together like siblings should and looked out for one another. To help heal his pain, China Red started rapping with a local Albany, Ga group called 3rd Power. This group consisted of also Reno Da Wino, one of K.T.'s closest friends. While recording at RichLakes Studios, 3rd Power ran into a lyricist from New York named Dangerous Da Golden Child and the click formed stronger than ever. K.T., who was 14 at the time had a strong passion for music with a lot to say due to various situations that he had gone through. He asked to be down with the unit because he felt like he was ready. K.T. had a musical backing from being in bands at South Side Middle, Monroe High, as well as ASU. 3rd Power as well as Da Golden Child told K.T. that he was talented but he was "raw" and needed to be molded. Although young and confident, K.T. agreed, and started his own group: Total Corruption. T.C. did a few songs together, all produced by K.T., and everyone started taking notice to the talent of the three. K.T. was then invited to do a song with 3rd Power entitled "Third Power." This was K.T.'s true test on the mic and he passed it with flying colors. He then went on to produce for 3rd Power as well as Da Golden Child, etc. Through the years, K.T. has gone through more transformations and hard times. He recalls some of the stuggles: "Man, I thought that I had been through the worst times and I was ready to be happy again. I had a daughter, Jazlyn Jenique Thomas born Dec. 30, 2001, and even got married, but that shit didn't work out either!!" All of the pain and anger turned K.T. into Killa TaKTiz, a hardcore, lyricists who doesn't take any shit from ANYONE!! That pain and anger has landed Killa TaKTiz in jail a few times and has also caused him to be very intimidating to some. Trying to do better, Killa TaKTiz has now grown into a man on a mission and he is now coming into his prime regarding production as well as lyrics. The bond formed back in the day with 3rd Power, K.T., and Dangerous Da Golden Child formed into what is known as United Nations (U dot N dot). This super group is here to take over the industry and 6ring 6ack real hip hop. Killa TaKTiz is working on his HIGHLY ANTICIPATED and long awaited DOUBLE SOLO ALBum debut entitled "Step Into My World" Vol. 1 & 2. K.T.'s solo album will be his autobiography that all will need to hear because he will touch on subjects that you can't ignore and will be able to relate to. Guest appearances on the album will include United Nations, Dru & Dark Brown, Randy G, ArVon, Monte Carlo, Nite Oul, Phly2k, Nino Da Don, Bible Verse, Kredabo, Made Tayla, No Gud, Mario, Duncan, Big Nod, and more!! The album will be released on United Nations own indie label LaFamilia Records. Killa TaKTiz wanted to send out a warning to fake emcees as well as fake friends: "I despise fake ass people to the core of my soul. I have seen enough shit in my life that has caused me to develop rage and anger. I use this ammunition on the mic and bring it to fake emcees. I will also go at any and everyone who tries to stand in my way. If you are flaw and I know it, I will put you in a verse!!" The world needs to be ready because K.T. aka Killa TaKTiz is here!!! United Nations is here!!!!
