Kenny Lewis & One Voice; a divinely appointed group of people, came together as a ministry in January of 1999. One goal was at hand: to enhance and add to the kingdom of Jesus Christ though their unique delivery of music ministry! This did not begin when they first ministered to the masses, but in their own personal lives. The evidence of this is the testimony of some members who were once entangled in the traps of our day and time. Being changed through the WORD that they now minister to their communities, they press to share the good new and unconventional love of Jesus Christ!

The choir has gained a reputation of drawing standing room only audiences wherever they appear both locally and nationally. Kenny Lewis & One Voice deliver awesome ministry, packed full of dramatic energy and outstanding vocal discipline. Though the ministry was birthed in Chicago, the music of Kenny Lewis & One Voice has been described as a force in music ministry that leans heavily on an East Coast contemporary style with intense vibrato, great musical support combined with solid material. Consequently, the group has been blessed to share their ministry in venues and with fellow laborers in music ministry. Some of these include: Six Flags Great America (2003), Chicago Gospel Annual Gospel Festival (2004), Dorinda Clark Cole Music & Arts Conference (2004), Kurt Carr & The Kurt Carr Singers, Mary Mary, and Yolanda Adams.

Kenny Lewis is definitely no stranger to the gospel industry. He has established himself in the ministry of music in a pleothra of roles that include choral director, vocalist, writer, and producer. Kenny Lewis as been a featured lead vocalist, director, and has written for some of todays most established artists including: Adrian B. King and Reverence, Mark Hubbard and United Voices For Christ, Albertina Walker, and Rick Dillard and New G.

Kenny Lewis & One Voice garnered much success and admiration for their urban-styled debut project: The Bridge in 2002, which was released on Marxan Records. This project had a stellar supporting cast of musicians and lead vocals, with Kenny Lewis at the helm of production. Stan North of Gospelflava.com describes this project as a "rich musical buffet". With Kenny Lewis & One Voice making their mark, the story does not end there. The group, once again under the production of Kenny Lewis, held a live recording at Chicagos historic West Point Baptist Church. Kenny Lewis & One Voice once again confirmed that the believers of God have the VICTORY and that we serve a GOD OF ANOTHER CHANCE.
