Internationally acclaimed vocalist Kelli Sae is not new to the limelight, and she’s not blinded by it either. As the former lead vocalist for global jazz/funk collectives Incognito, Defunkt & long-standing history as a featured vocalist for the band Count Basic, she has performed around the world and worked with legends such as Tina Turner, Eddie Palmieri, and Paul Simon to name a few. In 2008 Count Basic won an Amadeus award for the song “Visible Scars” and just this past December 2015 She & Peter Legat (Leader and Founder of Count Basic) were inducted into the Wall Of Fame in Austria, which is a very prestigious honor.

Kelli also a principal vocalist on the hit television show Dancing With The Stars.

New York-born and bred with Puerto Rican, Native/African American blood, she says of her childhood soundscape – “music in our house ranged from the Spanish classics of Tito Puente and Celia Cruz to the Jazz stylings of Ella Fitzerald and Dinah Washington to the soul of James Brown and The Motown Sound. “ Her music is a masala of sounds, cultures, and influences that drive her instincts.
