Kayne Rose stepped into the music scene with the digitally released debut single 'Why' featuring Tex in November 2008, followed by the video which hit the Channel U top 20 charts at NO.2. The single created a phenomenal buzz proven by accreditation including 118,600 collective video views on YOUTUBE, 155,000 plays plus on MYSPACE and subsequently Kayne was voted into the top 10 sexiest men in R&B within the UK and US, he notched up over 200,000 myspace profile views and received nearly 600 picture comments. Following the success of 'Why' Kayne Rose released his second promo single 'Wash My Pain Away' which was served to various radio stations and uploaded onto MYSPACE. The single was released as a digital download to all leading digital stores on the 23rd February 2009' to coincide with the one year anniversary of Kayne's cousin D*Krystal, Kaya and Patience, who lost their lives in a fatal car crash.Without concluding after a break away to find himself the next official project is due this coming year (2012) so stay tuned.
Having influences from the likes of Tevin Campbell. Kayne now 21 years old has finished his degree and will now be placing music as his main priority. Kayne has already had tremendous support on radio, most notability Kayne was featured on Ras Kwame's BBC 1xtra show called '100% homegrown talent' as well as this Kayne was also invited to a personal interview with Ronnie Herel for the R&B show on BBC 1xtra on which he stated 'his gonna blow'. With such impressive and ever building credentials Kayne is destined for mainstream success and longevity.
