Kan Recordings is a label inspired from underground dance parties, Influenced from raves since the early 1990's when the whole movement was fresh, music was not contained by the creative boundries that seem to be prevalent in this era, and the people that went to raves generally danced to a full mixture of sounds through the night on ONE sound system.

Kan Recordings mission is to release fresh new music of all 'hard edge' styles (plus a bit of chilled stuff) incorporating the good aspects and progression of modern day music, but with one eye firmly on that old skool sound getting away from the monotony of most modern day formulated dance music fodder.

Kan Recordings music is regularly played on underground free party sound systems all over the UK, rocking crowds from 50- 2000 people, this is the culture which inspired the birth of Kan Recordings - Creative freedom in its purest sense.

All sounds are released on ONE label.

It is broken down into 4 main areas: Be sure to dig thru as there will be quite a variation under each heading!!!
