The Real Kaleb Simmonds

Kaleb Simmonds takes pride in standing alone in his unique forte he brings in his art. Ensuring no labels are cast upon his sound the only consistency is that he takes pride in the gift of this talent that allows him to be a powerful influence. More than hip hop or R&B his multi-faceted gift entrances people of all ages, styles and genres.



His coast to coast success was solidified with his top ranked 7th position in the popular Canadian Idol show. Fans of all ages grew across the country their passion for Kaleb as did his art. In his opening audition Idol judge Farley Flex stated that “You (Kaleb) sing… like Miles Davis plays…”. Not only his singing has won crazed fans over but his unique human ‘beat boxing’ ability continues to amaze them.



Kaleb accredits the ability to grow this god given talent through the immense support of family and friends, life’s experiences/challenges and his culturally rich upbringing. He takes great Pride in the roots of his predominately black community in North Preston, Halifax.



All of this allowed him to compile his own works and independently release the album Life Of An 80’s Baby that is currently selling nation wide. His new collaboration with the infamous 2 Rude and Rudimental Records is guaranteed to push this artist to even knew heights and continue to shock and amaze fans.
