Imagine, Two guys who grew up in Southern California, nearby each other.but never met

Imagine the same two guys moving independently of each other to Portland, Oregon.

Imagine the same two guys accidently ending up as side men in the same band.

Imagine one night, in the middle of a gig, the lead singer of the band, storming off the stage in a moment of artistic pique, leaving the two guys to fill two hours in front of a capacity crowd.

Imagine that fateful night being the most fun either one had had in a long, long time.
