MY NAME IS JOHN DOUGH
I was born and raised in Washington, DC, the original murder capital! Life ain't never been easy! I done put in years of work on the streets and in the studio, yet I'm still not where I need to be! I have been underground in the DC streets FOREVER! I have dropped 10 albums in that time frame, still the industry refuses to open the door to me because DC is my home and what I represent! For some reason the industry feels that any artist from the District of Columbia area has limited skills and a bad attitude, but that is not always the case. I have had songs stolen from me from record labels! I have had my producers blow up and leave me behind! And I have lost countless artist and friends to death and jail! Yet I am still here!! Like I tell all the bammas that hate, GOD just got something big for me. I just got to last long enough to see what it is! That's as real as it gets!
