John Deery Band

The John Deery Band mixes a strong dose of country, a little rock and a stiff shot of the 70’s outlaw movement. They are well known for their original tunes, custom covers, and great interaction with the crowd. Their sound has been described as Dwight Yoakam meets Creedence Clearwater Revival. Beer joints and honky tonks are JDB’s specialty, but they seem to fit in where ever they play.



The band averages well over 100 shows each year, and have sold hundreds of CDs, hats and t-shirts. They have shared the stage with everyone from Reckless Kelly to Kelly Clarkson! Additional artists include Brad Paisley, Rusty Wier, Stephen Bruton, John Dee Graham, South Austin Jug Band, Jane Bond, The Derailers, Pauline Reese, Doug Moreland, and Micky & The Motorcars.
