The powerful Artist that is the Joe Tucker of today began his days under the tone of a troubled childhood that led him to the streets by the time he was 12 years of age. At this time in his life he lived with friends and their families more then his own. But it was the influence of his Grandmother and his attraction to sports that kept him from falling by the way side. Joe would eventually go on to be a decorated Football, Basketball & Track Athlete all of which plays an important part of his life to this day. When it comes to achieving the level of focus and determination that is takes to creating success he lives it like no other! Joe is the complete package with the talent and exposure to match as his music is presently being played by DJs around the globe on Mixshow and Mixtapes and he has only just begun to put the Carolina’s on the map!



Joe’s first exposure to the music industry came from a very familiar place, his Uncle the legendary industry photographer out of Atlanta, Jerry “Smokin E.” Edmonds. His Uncle brought Joe out on the end leg of Goodie Mob’s 98 Still Standing Tour. Not knowing then that this event would forever change the direction of Joe’s life it in fact did just that! Joe immediately began developing his own artistic talents that would go on to condition him to be the Artist he is today.



Joe Tucker’s motivation comes from his need to prove his nay sayers wrong. Joe states “All my life people including some of my own family doubted me. They said I'd never graduate High school; graduated! That I'd never do anything meaningful, four and half years in the Marine Corps; Marine Corp Honor Graduate! That’s I'd never go to college; graduated! They said I'd just go around making babies; ok I have two beautiful daughters! And the biggest of all is that I would never make it in music! I guess we'll see what happens cause I am coming out the gate strong right about now!”



Now armed with a powerful team made up of top tier music industry professionals that see his vision, matched with the core team of people that have shown belief the sky is the limit. Fresh off his debut street release that received critical industry acclaim and received play by DJs around the globe Joe’s time is well underway to being established! Welcome to the takeover!
