Jme Medina, a respected, established, and anointed Christian Pop/R&B artist for this generation, is now becoming one of the very few acts helping to pave a smoother way for future Indies! With her mainstream beats, style, and melodic vocals, she's bringing Jesus to the doorsteps of high schools, churches, clubs, Professional sporting events, arenas, television, and radio networks around the globe! With her debut album "Lay It Down," (produced by John Katina "The Katinas", Kene "Ghost" Bell (Stacie Orrico, Out of Eden, TobyMac) David "Meech" Rogers, and the late Jerome Jefferson), God has opened the floodgates of opportunity for her to share the stage with accomplished Industry Veteran's such as: Zoegirl, Rachael Lampa, Newsong, The Katinas, Tammy Trent, Chris Tomlin, Kirk Franklin, Israel Houghton, Falling Up, Starfield, Russ Lee, Mandisa, Jaci Velasquez, Carman, Nate Sallie, George Rowe, Denise Clemente, Kathy Troccoli, David Meece, George Huff, Brock Gill, Paul Wright, Everyday Sunday, Kristy Starling, Ashanti, and many more.

Writers on the album include Jme Medina, John Katina, James Katina, Sharee Katina, Kene Bell, and Chris Faulk (Jaci Velasquez, The Katinas, Amy Grant). Jme is currently writing her second album which is due out in late 2008.



Although she is a newer artist to emerge onto the scene, she has been a featured artist on many radio networks, including SOS Christian Radio network (which serves over 12 different states including her hometown of Las Vegas, NV), and certain secular stations. Overseas her music can be heard in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK, and Germany. She has also recently been added to playlists in NY, AL, MD, NC,SC, NJ, TN, and South Korea . The album Lay It Down has been giving listeners a chance to hear something other than the mainstream rock culture that currently dominates the industry.



Jme has recently been featured as LATIN ARTIST SPOTLIGHT for Christian Activities Magazine (Nashville, TN) for May 2006 and has been nominated for best new Positive/Christian Artist for the LAS VEGAS 2006 Awards. She has also been recently chosen to record special songs for upcoming mainstream movie soundtracks, including the anticipated film "The Cigar Song," and is negotiating on working with Disney insiders.



Jme's vision has much to do with her life experience, and desire to reach everyone around her. Due to the style of her music, and the entertainment aspect to her show, she is able to attract a widely diverse audience while crossing cultural barriers. Her ministry has been especially effective for youth, families, and women. She normally travels either solo, with her band, with 2-4 hip hop dancers, or Everyone for a Full Concert; otherwise, Jme travels as arranged by the venue.
