Baby J Aka Jizzle Boi was born on the 21st February 1989 at St Mary’s hospital, Westminster. He has grown up around close family and friends which have always supported him and helped him achieve the best of his potential. All this support has all contributed to build up a strong and confident individual who has a lot of drive and potential. From a very young age Jizzle Boi was into music and has always been inspired by great and successful artists such as Michael Jackson, Tribe called quest, Nas, Biggie and 2pac. This was all because of their unique style and music and the way they portrayed music so uniquely. He attended west London academy high school where he followed a broad and balanced curriculum. During his time at west London academy high school he had the ability to develop his social and communication skills, unfortunately he did so to an extent where he then became a student who was under achieving and lacked interest in school work. Although he was aware of his potential and capability to perform well he dismissed that factor and carried on to lack enthusiasm towards his work at school. When he started year 11, teachers and family members started to put a lot of pressure on him. Fortunately he was able to take in that pressure and realise how important it was for him to attain good GCSE results. Teachers became a lot stricter and he was disciplined correctly in order for him to do well. This all resulted successfully and he attained good results. He was much obliged to have been given the support from his teachers and people around him. This was something that really proved to him that although you are faced with obstacles and difficulties to always remember that it is possible to overcome them and do well in the end. Jizzle Boi grew up in west London, Greenford. He has always had a great interest in music. He has been a member of a few successful crews which also contributed to his success in becoming a solo artist. He was firstly a member of a crew called ‘Da Marvel’. He was amongst members who were all very supportive of each other and they produced a few successful tracks together. A year later they parted and went on to do their own thing individually. Although this was emotional this didn’t bring down Jizzle Boi’s self esteem and confidence, instead it built stronger. A year after their separation, Jizzle Boi then became a member of another crew, D.T.Y (Darker Than You). D.T.Y was shown a lot of encouragement and uphold which built up strong relationships with other crews such as ‘Endless War’. D.T.Y and Endless War soon came together as one were they were very successful in the grime scene, all the members had also been working hard and together they all showed a lot of drive as well as potential. They went on to perform on radio shows and at raves. After 3 years of success they all parted. Jizzle Boi still went on, taking every bit of his past as experience and a queue to improve. After a while he became a member of another crew called ‘Mad Sick’. They also were another crew who were doing well in the grime scene. Unfortunately members weren’t as supportive to each other and this resulted to them all parting. This was when Jizzle Boi realised that from then on it was him and himself and finally decided to be a solo artist. He has taken every opportunity that’s been given o him in order for him to succeed. His self motivation is unbelievable and he has undoubtedly performed to the best of his potential in all of his released tracks and performances. He has done performances on radio stations such as radio 1 on the Ras Kwame show, supporting Doom man. His music has motivated him so much and had has also prevented him drifting into crime in west London. Despite Jizzle Boi's great success he has taken his self away the violence of the UK grime scene which also shows his dedication. He Has releast a promo cd called “B4 My Mixtape” on the 1st December 2008 and is still currently working on new music. What would you say your life is about? ‘Life’ is something that you make worth living which is why Jizzle Boi is here right now.
