In the beginning of 2005 a new star arose on punk-rock heaven. To be named JETSET RADIO from Kronach-Rockcity. The versatile sound of JETSET RADIO is stamped by catchy guitar melodies, beating drums, and heartbreaking lyrics. The powerful sound reminds of bands like Alkaline Trio, The Ataris or Jimmy Eat World. JETSET RADIO is emotion, pop, punk and rock. You can feel this live. The guys rock like crazy and the shows of JETSET RADIO are explosive, powerful, and full of passion.In march 2005 JETSET RADIO recorded their debut album From Ashes To Life in only five days at Dorian Gray Studios in Munich. It contains eleven songs, mastered by Gerhard Wlfle who also worked with bands like The Donots and Guano Apes. The result is imposing and amazing as well. An album full of energy and melodies, catchy choruses and lyrical poetry.In summer 2005 JETSET RADIO signed a record deal with Taifun Music Publishing and Kamikaze Records. The label released JETSET RADIOs debut album From Ashes To Life in october.
