Honest, soulful, and straight from the heart – JEREMY KENT brings every shade of emotion to life in his music. With rich signature tones and a masculine sensitivity, his songs paint vivid scenes of his life experience in a contemporary country style that blends his cowboy roots and hillbilly heritage.



Born in Arizona and brought up between the wild deserts of the west and the rich cultural tapestry of Bluegrass Appalachia, JEREMY KENT grew up appreciating his father’s outlaw poets as well as his mother’s Kentucky gospel harmonies. Music became the emotional outlet that helped Jeremy through the tragic loss of his father and sister, along with a number of other childhood challenges.



JEREMY KENT’s performing and songwriting led him first to Los Angeles and now Nashville. His music has quickly gained a strong following in the country community. His song, Missin' The South, is part of the 2008 CMT Music Awards Preshow music selection. (Jeremy is the only unsigned artist to be included!) JEREMY KENT won KZLA’s “Hometown Hero” honor in Los Angeles. His original song, So Far Away, received airplay along with a live interview on what was then, America’s most listened-to country station. He also made the final cut in the national Country Thunder “Young Guns” online contest.
