Since the age of 15 when Jehan was given the opportunity for an A&R at EMI to listen to her sing, she hasn't looked back and has gone from strength to strength in her quest to be a singer/ songwriter.
Influenced early on by Soul-R&B, Hip Hop and Reggae, this became evident in her distinctive, sweet, soulful vocals and heartfelt top line writing.
Along the way she had the opportunity to work at EMI studios recording with artists and producers such as, Agent X, Sweetie Irie, Rodney P, JD aka Dready, Asher D, Colin Emmanuelle aka C Swing to name but a few.

onstantly writing and recording, in 2007, Jehan was approached to be the lead singer in a 3 piece R&B/Pop group and decided to take on the role.
In this time Jehan did a 30 date UK tour, showcasing her natural, raw talent for live performances like no other, also shooting two videos, while gaining experience within the media and PR side of the business and having the opportunity to work with major Producers, Johnny Douglas doing a remix of a track, and some major gigs in and around the UK.
However this came to an end in the beginning of 2008 when feeling restricted to just singing, Jehan felt it was time to move on and concentrate more into her passion for song writing. Collaborating with another artist on a project called Definity, she has been writing continuously and recording, with the first track 'Touch' receiving airplay on Radio 1, 1Xtra, BBC Asian Network and many underground radio stations.
2008 has seen Jehan experiment with other genres, mainly House and the results are proving to be quite the success, working with producers such as Ray Fox, Clive Thomas, Micky Slim and back in the studio with Colin Emmanuelle.
With many projects in the pipeline, and being given the opportunity by EMI to write and record a top line for the major Eric Prydz track, 'Pjanoo', Jehan's ability as a singer/songwriter is proving unstoppable and the future awaits for a bright young star
