I originally started out by playing a music genre know as “Revival”, where older people use to say to me “what do you know about big people music!!” I use to laugh and say you’ll see!!!
As I got older I started fussing in other music genres in such as R’n’B, Hip Hop, UKG and Bashment. This is where people started complementing me on my diverse and unique selecting skills. I always dreamt of following my fathers footsteps “Mykal Brown” The Legendary Wassifa Sound System, in becoming known as a popular musical entertainer.
Whilst in secondary school I started to widen my experience, assisting my Dad, friend GT and cousin One Rass (Immortal) with product launches, charity events and company balls. It wasn’t until after leaving school I started exploring the more commercial market by providing DJ workshops (The Mixing Lab) and putting on my own events.
Over the years my DJ skills and promotional work experience has given me the opportunity to be included in events such as Missy Elliott, Jagged Edge, Jahiem, Fabulous, 112, Maxi Priest and Beres Hammond.
