J-Hutch was born and raised on the southwest side of Jackson, MI. Growing up Hip-Hop music had a huge influence on his life. Raised in the suburbs by a middle-class family, J-Hutch was always very independent, and always ventured outside of his normal elements. At only 8 years old he got his first Hip-Hop cd, Snoop Dogg Doggiestyle. After one listen it changed his life forever. Growing up artists such as Tupac, B.I.G., Bone Thugs, Snoop Dogg, Jay-z, Dr. Dre, & Eminem helped form the artists known as J-Hutch today.
Perhaps the biggest influence in J-Hutch’s music career would be Lil Wayne, his influence in his life is a big reason why J-Hutch Started Rapping. Right after graduating high school he moved down to Florida to peruse a degree in Recording Arts. After receiving his degree J-Hutch moved to Atlanta, GA “Where he lives now” to begin his Reign in the music industry. J-Hutch has a remarkable stage presence, that captures the audience’s attention and makes them feel like part of the show. He learned how to move a crowd early in his career working with signed artists Willie Joe & B.O.B. Not only is J-Hutch a rapper, he is an excellent Engineer. Working with Several artists from Atlantic Records, Capitol Records, Universal Records, & Shonuff Records. J-Hutch likes to be more than just one dimensional while doing business, he tries to attack the industry from every angel possible, & surrounds himself with a team he has put together who feels they are unstoppable. J-Hutch & his Brother Kane Klutch have put together, Prison City Productions & Free-G ent. Together with Mayne Feauture & W.F.W.U. ent. They have an organization full of talent artists, producers, engineers, promoters, songwriters, and A&R’s. After already releasing his first CD “A Life Full Of Bars” J-Hutch is hard at work in the studio, doing shows, & shooting videos making sure his presence is known in the music industry.
