Jarvis Evans

Jarvis Evans the entertainer also known as "JHazz" is a vocalist, songwriter, musician, actor, model and performer. He has been singing since the age of four and has been involved with music ever since by replacing his Lego blocks with writing sheet music at the tender age of 8.



His exceptional writing talent caught the attention of many when he attended Perry Middle School in Miami. He was the youngest MC at the middle school's Art and Poetry Exhibition. Playing his songs on a rugged piano on stage at 11 years old he proved to be a child prodigy. His piano abilities are heavenly. The versatility of this artist's talent is limitless.
He dueted with the great American Drifters' lead singer Phil Gibson and Connie who is famous for her number one 90's hit called "That Funky Beat". He has been involved with the Miami Festival Jazz Band and conducted the Men's Advanced Choir in high school.
Jarvis has appeared on several television shows like the Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, Florida, the Miramar Holiday Tree Lighting Festival in Broward County, Pipers Pick Nationwide TV Showcase and Disney's Candle Light at the Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida to name a few.
Songwriting is a one of Jarvis' talents. From enchanting movie scores to writing R&B and hip-hop. He has received two thumbs up from Police Academy's very own Michael Winslow and shared the stage with Samson Logan, Gloria Estefan, Destination Stardom's and Star search's Katherine Cue and many others including Vines of "Rezent".
Recently Jarvis has been invited for an interview and performance at Radio Station 930 WHLM FM Radio in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania and also performed at Bloomsburg University.
He also hosted and performed at the Bahia Brazilian Swimwear Fashion Show in Dunedin, Florida and has been featured in the Nov 10, 2006 edition of
JACK Gentlemen's Monthly Magazine.



Jarvis is a favorite at www.broadjam.com (the largest independent music network) as his songs have reached their top 10 several times. Performing at Underground Atlanta Heritage Arts Festival was another victorious event for Jarvis Evans as he charmed the audience once again.



2005 - Current
Jarvis Evans is an American Idol Season 9 Semi-Finalist for 2010 and the show aired in late January.
Jarvis is a favorite at Broadjam.com (the largest independent music network) as his songs have reached #1on the charts several times.
Performing at Underground Atlanta Heritage Arts Festival was another victorious event for Jarvis Evans as he charmed the audience once again. Jarvis plays lead role in a new huge Gospel Musical stage play in Atlanta, Ga. called "One Step at a Time". The shows began April, 26th.



Jarvis Evans broadcasted his new exiting and popular youtube channel called "Random Me TV" in mid October.
Currently Jarvis Evans is making special appearances and performing regularly at the Uptown Restaurant & Lounge in Atlanta Georgia. His performances at the Uptown Restaurant & Lounge are Friday and Saturday nights from 7:00 to 9:30 pm. Performing smooth and jazzy sets with legendary accompiant guitarist Dean Coppolino. The atmosphere comes alive when Jarvis sings his favorite Jazz Standards from artist like Frank Sinatra to Tony Bennett.
Jarvis Evans new album is almost complete and his new single "Don't Get Mad" is now avaliable at 5 major distributors including ITunes .



His single "Don't Get Mad" has already generated a phenomenal widespread buzz across the nation from places like the UK, Asia and the USA.
Jarvis Evans Fan base has been sky-rocketing into the 100,000 thousands just in these past 2 years alone.
