Jake Dean Band, consisting of some of the best local talent there is, has secured their spot as one of the strongest up and coming bands in the Valley. Dean's raw passion, soulful lyrics, and strong guitar riffs, are just a few characteristics behind the powerful dynamic that breathes life into JDB. This band takes great pride in the climactic energy of their live performance shows! Their styles range from folk rock to improv jam. This multi-genre band is influenced by such artists as: The Grateful Dead, Dave Matthews Band, Widespread Panic, Pearl Jam, Phish, Ben Harper, G.Love, George Clinton, Warren Haynes, Neil Young, and many more. Dean though very enthusiastic about his return to the AZ music scene in January of '09, has spent most of his music career touring from coast to coast sharing the stage with Major National Acts such as: Chris Barron (Spin Doctors), DJ Logic (John Popper,WSP,MM&W), Jerry Joseph (Stockholme Syndrome, Dave Schools), and Ryan Bingham, to name a few. Last summer in North Carolina was another great run of shows playing side stage to Journey, Cheap Trick, and Heart.
