Jacinda Beals

Jacinda Beals is a well-known singer/songwriter from The Big Land. (Labrador, Canada) She has been playing professionally since 1997.



Her first 2 albums, Slip into My Skin (2002) and Love, Cin (2005) have done well commercially and demonstrate her unique talent. Her music has been described as “funky folk with rock and roll attitude."



Her shows like Contact East 2003 and The Women & Song Tour 2004 (Provincial Arts and Culture Centres) have received great reviews. She has been nominated for 3 MusicNL Awards including Female Artist of the Year.



Jacinda is currently living in beautiful Happy Valley, Labrador, where she performs with "The Jacinda Beals Band". She also performs solo in many festivals, most recently the Trails, Tales and Tunes Festival in Norris Point, Newfoundland.



Jacinda is currently writing her 3rd album.
