The Story So Far



All the best things in the world have come around due to illegal gambling. The discovery of America, the invention of mint choccy chip ice-cream and the creation of the biggest and best band on this webpage:



The A.M's.



During the unforgettable period known as 'UK Music Week' the Xfm Scotland Breakfast Show decided that Meg White was shit on the drums. So shit that Dominik placed a bet with no-one inparticular that Marisa could be a better drummer within 5 days.



Marisa stepped up to the plate and hit a homer, leading to the inaugaural performance of The A.M's live on Xfm Scotland. Scott came in on the bass guitar drawing on years of experience of sitting in the back of damp transits, and his slightly more important experience of being in bands with silly names.



18 months later on, and look at them now They fight, they moan, they long to play bigger venues and sell more records, plus they have some great songs.



They've now left Xfm because they realised it was like Logan's Run only with more Snow Patrol. But they're still together as a band because it's all about the music, kids, not the corporation!



Dominik & Marisa perform in a radio stylee every weekend on The Dominik Diamond Breakfast Club 7 til 10am on Edinburgh's Talk 107. Scott is on the run from the law like the guy in Prison Break but with more tattoos



Check out the gigs they've got booked over there, hope to see you at some of them, in the past The A.M's have played with Teenage Fanclub, Maximo Park, Little Man Tate, Sergeant, Glasvegas and King Creosote.
