Blind Horizon project starts in 2005 with Marco, Luca and Ambra. Inspiring bands such Carcass and Death influenced their first compositions. When Alex and Roberto joined the band, their songs gained new lymph. A mixture of 70’s progressive rock, death metal with a deathcore attitude is characteristic of their music.
Their first official EP, “The Shadowman”, was released in 2006 and had enthusiastic review in metal magazines.Its four songs are extremely powerful with a progdeath background (Opeth and Death above all).
In 2007, due to personal problems, Roberto left the band. Fede replaced him. At that time the band performed during live concerts and festivals, overcoming the audience and getting their sound into shape.
In 2008 began a new stage of composing ended in 2009. They released “The Palallax Theory” in the recording studio “HombreLobo” in Rome. The new songs soften their complexity and gain this “in your face” attitude which is marked by a heavy and clean production.
Desperate SCREAMING gone with killer riffs contrast pure hot-tempered hard rock. There are all the makings of proving that Death Metal still lives in Italy.

Il progetto Blind Horizon nasce nel 2005 ad opera di Marco, Luca ed Ambra. Le prime composizioni risentono delle influenze di bands quali Carcass, Death, ecc. Ma � dopo l'arrivo di Alex prima e Roberto poi che i brani si articolano e acquisiscono linfa nuova attrraverso un sapiente mix di death metal seventees e attitudine deathcore.
Nel 2006 esce il primo ep ufficiale "The Shadowman", apprezzato all'unanimit� (top demo su Rock Hard e varie altre recensioni realmente entusiastiche). Le quattro canzoni che lo compongono sono opere di rara bellezza di chiara matrice prog death (Opeth e Death) su tutti.
Nel 2007 a causa di problemi personali Roberto lascia la band e viene sostituito da Fede. In quel periodo la band si esibisce in numerosi concerti e festivals, annichilendo l'audience e rodando la formazione.
Nel 2008 inizia il processo compositivo che termina nel 2009 nello studio Hombre Lobo di Roma con l'incisione di "The Parallax Theory", di prossima uscita. I nuovi brani attenuano la complessit� della trama in favore di un'attitudine "in your face" che viene ulteriormente accentuata da una produzione al contempo cristallina e potente.
Screaming disperato accompagnato da riffs assassini fanno da contraltare a momenti di puro hard rock sanguigno, con queste premesse i Blind Horizon sono pronti a dimostrare che il death metal vive anche in Italia.
