Fabiano Ballarin was born in Ostia but lives in the early years of his life in Imperia. At the age of 13, influenced by his father, a lover of frontal assaults, get to know the rap in 1995, moves to Bologna, he will start to become familiar with the local music scene.

Besides the music he is strucked by the artistic side of hip hop, the writing and will be dedicated with the name of Enok. In Bologna he gets to know the breaker and rapper Gianni KG and the writer Paniko. With them he constitute the Portion Massive Crew (PMC), hip hop collective from Bologna who collects a number of artists, including the same Inoki and Gianni KG. After tightening the relationship with rapper Joe Cassano form with him Mobb Flick Flack. At short distances, enters also into The Next Level Entertainment NextOne.



In 1998 participates in the track day and night, which has the possibility to get noticed nationally. The song will be included in Joe's posthumous LP, Dio Lodato(praised God), and Novecinquanta, a compilation of Fritz Da Cat 1999. Demolition released the same year, the PMC mixtape; project detectable only on cassette. In 2001 it was the turn of the 5th Dan, LP self-signing with the name of Inokines; to most of the songs, also participates in the PMC.

The product is enjoying success underground. 2002 saw their second mixtape signed PMC Demolition 2. In 2003, mc 2 deals with the organization of The Beat, a tournament of freestyle battles taking place in the local Bolognese "Link". The same year he participated in the compilation Street Flava, Italy Radio Network, with the song Vecchio quartiere (Old Quarter).



The rapper Bolognese can boast a number of collaborations with artists including international. In 2005 they released Fabiano said Inoki, Inoki's second solo album, which contains items collected between 2003 and 2005, after a short time away from The Newkingzmixtape mixtape full of equity and well composed of 29 tracks. In October, 2006 he announced the signing of MC Bolognese for Warner Music. Oltre all'aspetto musicale rimane colpito dal lato artistico dell'hip hop, il writing e vi si dedica con il nome di Enok.

A Bologna conosce il breaker e rapper Gianni KG ed il writer Paniko. Con loro costituisce la Porzione Massiccia Crew (PMC), collettivo hip hop bolognese che raccoglie un buon numero di artisti, tra cui gli stessi Inoki e Gianni KG.



Dopo aver stretto i rapporti con il rapper Joe Cassano forma con lui la Flick Flack Mobb. A distanza di poco tempo entrerà anche nella crew Next Level Entertainment del breaker The NextOne.



Nel 1998 partecipa al brano Giorno e notte, con il quale ha la possibilità di farsi notare a livello nazionale. Il brano verrà inserito all'interno dell'LP postumo di Joe, Dio Lodato, ed in Novecinquanta, compilation di Fritz Da Cat del 1999. Lo stesso anno esce Demolizione, mixtape della PMC; progetto rintracciabile solo su cassetta. Nel 2001 è la volta di 5° Dan, LP autoprodotto che firma con il nome di Inokines; a gran parte delle canzoni partecipa anche la PMC. Il prodotto riscuote un buon successo underground.



Nel 2002 esce il secondo mixtape firmato PMC, Demolizione 2. Nel 2003 l'mc si occupa dell'organizzazione del 2 The Beat, una torneo di battaglie di freestyle che ha luogo nel locale bolognese "Link". Lo stesso anno partecipa alla compilation Street Flava, di Radio Italia Network, con il brano Vecchio quartiere.



Il rapper bolognese può vantare parecchie collaborazioni con artisti anche internazionali.



Nel 2005 esce Fabiano detto Inoki, secondo album solista di Inoki, contenente pezzi raccolti tra il 2003 e il 2005, seguito a distanza di breve tempo da The Newkingzmixtape mixtape ricco di partecipazioni e composto di ben 29 tracce.



Ad ottobre 2006 viene resa nota la firma dell'mc bolognese per Warner Music.



Poco dopo, comincia a diffondersi in rete la versione non definitiva del singolo Sentimento reciproco all'insaputa dello stesso Inoki, che decide (probabilmente anche alla luce di questo fatto) di realizzare un video della canzone in questione.



Nel febbraio del 2007 esce il quarto album di Inoki, Nobiltà di strada, che riscuote successo a livello nazionale, anche grazie all'aiuto dell'emittente televisiva MTV, che lo elegge "Scommessa MTV del 2007". Il primo singolo estratto è Sentimento Reciproco, come secondo singolo viene scelto invece Il mio paese se ne frega, pezzo in controtendenza rispetto al primo, ma che ottiene lo stesso un buon riscontro dai fans e dalla critica.



Il 2007 lo vede impegnato nel realizzare un programma radio underground, dal nome "Street Kingz",sulle frequenze di radiocittafujiko 103.1 fm.



Il 2008, lo vede sempre attivo con svariate collaborazioni underground, ma è caratterizzato da una importante pausa riflessiva dopo il successo dell' anno precedente, questa lo porterà allo scioglimento del contratto con la warner.



Oggi, nel 2009, riparte il programma radio, ormai storico, con un nuovo nome: Brenstation. Sempre con l' intento di supportare la scena e l' humus di questo movimento dal basso e si prepara con gioia e orgoglio a preparare un nuovo lavoro con la ritrovata libertà dell'autoproduzione.
