Yes, I'm officially addicted to Tactical Sekt right now. I listen to
it in the mornings while I do my leg and arm weights. I walk to
work listening to it. I train to it in the gym twice a week. Plus I
have to listen to it before I go to sleep. I never chose for this to
happen, but I'm not complaining, either. I LOVE this stuff!!

I HAVE HAD KNEE SURGERY.
Lateral releases to BOTH knees now, to re-align the kneecaps.
I've also had another surgery in April 2007 to attempt to correct
the popping on the outside of the knee, but it was unsuccessful.
As regards my music: I started "Terminate" after my first
surgery August 2005, resurrecting it and finishing in in Feb
2006. "Stompzone" and "Fucking Machine" were created in April
2006, during recovery from the second op.
A little about me, then:
I'm cat - mad. I'll answer the phone by saying "Miaow".
I enjoy working out. I'm not obsessive - I weight-train every
day, visit the gym twice a week. I have to stay healthy to look
after my knees, hence keeping leg muscles strong and my weight
steady. When the surgeon tells you, after viewing your x-rays,
that you are 34 with the knees of a 60 year old, well. think
about it! I'm looking at partial knee replacement surgery when I
am older, too, which I am NOT looking forward to. So, I stay
active, stay in shape, and hope to stave off any major knee
surgery for as long as possible!
I like art. I'm trained in graphic design but am currently out of the
field.
I'm an artist and have a natural drawing ability. If I get round to
it, I might put some of my sketches in my "my pix" section on here.
If I get round to it *sigh*
Oh yes Then there's music. I LOVE my industrial music. I think
I found my "home" there, which I never thought possible, as I
have been a metalhead for many years!
