Dameon A.K.A Hardtimes began rapping in junior high school, entering and winning local talent shows.Always looking for a way out of his living condition Hardtimes started to use his music as a get away from the every day struggles he was faced with as a youth . In 1996 Hardtimes was incarcerated in Indiana Correctional Facility 4yrs . It was there that he learned to perfect his craft, with only a eighth grade education Hardtimes took it upon hiself to get educated,and learn the music business as well as company marketing.By the time he was released Hardtimes had four albums completed,a full proof business plan raw reality based lyrics and a dream. Upon returning home Hardtimes came across a old neighborhood friend by the name of Tony A.K.A LOC,who's cousin happened to be one of the best producers in Indianapolis( Sir Hart). After paying Sir Hart to record 2 songs, Sir Hart signed Hardtimes for a one album deal. Hardtimes went on to drop 2 more albums under Sir Hart Productions which moved over 7000 units with two of his songs in rotation on radio station Hoosier Hot 96.3, Hardtime's has performed with national acts such as TWISTA, LIL' FLIP,B.G., BEENIE SEGAL, GOOCHIE MAN ,LIL BOOSIE,PLIES and LIL SCRAPPY,also a long list of Indy Labels.After loosing his younger brother in 2005 KENNETH( KENN-FOLK)SPIVEY in a robbery homicide Hardtimes knew he had to get focused and make his dream a realty.Now with a new situation with comedian Mike Epps and 100 Ent Hardtimes is ready to show the world what the midwest has to offer.
