Im Srey Peouv

First of all, I love my family & want to thank them for all the love and support they have given me. Especially my parents, without them I wouldn't have made it this far! I was born into a family full of musicians. My father is an instructor of cambodian classical music. My brother Im Serey, is also a musician. My sister, Im Sitha is a singer and she has written some of the most beautiful lyrics for me. I am the youngest out of 5! And of course, my mother is the one who makes all of my beautiful traditional Cambodian outfits. I would also like to thank my "camera woman"/sister Phay Voleak for all of her hard work and dedication that she has given to me, and our company Kolabangkor Production. Without her, there wouldn't have been an MTV Vol 1,2, & 3. I was born in the land of beauty Battambong, Cambodia. But I was raised in the United States since I was only 6 years old. I just recently went back to visit my beautiful country this year & it was my first time going back in 22 years! I am looking forward to going back again someday. For those of you who haven't been to Cambodia, you should consider a visit to the amazing Angkor Wat. I can't forget to mention about all of the delicious food! My favorite food would be barbeque chicken with bok la hong' Like my cousin Prach said in one of his raps, "What's a khmer barbeque without Bok la hong'!"
