Hiphop from Sweden.



Illstar is a collective of musicians/producers mostly from the southern part of Sweden, but also Stockholm, Göteborg and Los Angeles are represented.



Although most of the rhymes are in spanish, the music and beats do not alienate anyone!! Once you've experienced the Illstar Allstars live on stage, you'll feel as a part of the group and they will never leave you again :)



Illstar is now working on their fifth studio album, with the working title "Bohemian Access". With this album the guys are going back to their hiphop roots, but still with that special "illstar twist". The album is expected to come out in the late spring or early fall of 2008.

Illstar är bandet som genom sin enorma glädje och energi inte lämnar någon oberörd.

Illstar som från början kommer från skånska Perstorp har nyligen flyttat sitt säte söderut till Malmö, ett avstamp mot nya spännande mål. Med fem släppta skivor och många livespelningar i ryggen har bandet svetsats samman till en enhet som suger lyssnarens uppmärksamhet.

Illstar bjuder på svenska, engelska och spanska rim med svängiga rytmer som spänner från allt mellan jazz, latin, ragga till hiphop. Blandningen av språk och kulturer har gjort världen mindre och Illstar större
