EYE HAI

Formed in Manchester in 2003 and, two years later, releasing a post-punk-inspired 7" under the name I Had An Inkling, the band that eventually became the clattering, improvised chaos known as Eye HAI is centred around Nick Mitchell (guitar), Dan Carney (bass) and Moz (drums). Andrew Stavely and Dom Clare also joined the line-up for a while until the band was put on indefinite hiatus in late 2007. The core three members are now, in 2010, due to begin performing together alongside Dave Jackson of Solar Fire Trio and will be announcing dates as things progress. A tape release is also due on Golden Lab sometime in 2010.
