Christian Bautista is 'Completely' blessed

Completely, Christian Bautistas much-awaited sophomore album received a Gold Record Award--which means it sold more than 15,000 units--in less than one week of release in the Philippines.



Christians admirers from the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand (where his very first single The Way You Look at Me is still dominating the pop charts) now have 12 new songs they could swoon over.



Christian Bautistas regional appeal is so strong that his Warner Music label is even going the extra mile for the singing heartthrob by putting out a limited international edition of Completely. Besides the well-conceived packaging, the limited international edition also has equally handsome photos of Christian shot here and in Indonesia.



Christians international charm radiates in his new songs. He showcases his songwriting skills in two tracks, Now That You Are Here and Please Dont Go. Three songs are by Andrew Fromm, the man behind Christians monster hit ballad, The Way You Look at Me. The carrier single, Everything You Do, is a testament to the killer combination of Andrews songwriting prowess and Christians heartbreaking voice.



The title track has been creating a greater impact via a music video that pays tribute to Filipinos who have made their mark in the international scene. To keep up with this theme, Precious Lara Quigaman, recently proclaimed Miss International 2005, has been singled out to be Christians leading lady in the music video. Matching Laras international victory is Christians self-titled debut CD that reached Double Platinum recently in Indonesia.



Of the other seven songs in the Completely roster, two are ballads written by Indonesias top composers, and there is also the upbeat pop single She Could Be that shows even a balladeer like Christian knows how to have a good time. The album also includes Christians jingle for Greenwich, Nais Ko.
