HYBRID

HYBRID exists since early 99'.
A guy named John Barbagiannis who had the idea of
founding a band with heavy sound and high level-skills.
A singer was needed and Tassos K joinned the band within
a few months.
The band was named DEATHWISH, not rare name at all.
Afterwards was renamed to CRYING ANTHEM until the final
name HYBRID was found.
Lots of members joinned and left others in a friendly way. others not
In the year 2000 our first demo : Pain is pleasure was released and gainned the appraisal of the underground music press.
Second Demo cd was released in the year 2003. Produced by Theodore Ziras (we never immaginned that Theodore would be a member of the HYBRID maddness some years later) it was a good effort following the steps of the first attempt but Tassos K was not in the band anymore.
The current lineup failled its purpose and John B took drastic measures and called Tassos K to rejoin the band.
With Tassos K at the army that time HYBRID started to compose and record the first official strike THE WILL TO CREATE. An album that got excellent reviews and pushed HYBRID in a higher level. After several lineup changes Stefanos wascharged for the heavy bass duties and the guitar duo was completed with the addition of THEODORE ZIRAS as a full time member.
Second album is on the way and the things have taken their course
We mannaged to stand strong through many changes and difficulties.
