ENGLISH: The group was created in 2005 by Francesco (guitar) and Livio (Bass guitar), as a side-project of their main band, “Radon”, which broke up soon after. In 2006 Alex, ex drummer of Radon, joined up with Francesco and Livio in their new group, named “Hybrid”. The name wants to reflect the musical concept of the band: to find a deal between the most modern trends in heavy metal and their death metal roots. In august of 2007 the band recorded its first promo, known as “Promo 2007”, with the collaboration of Marcello (already singer of Zero tolerance, Eyelash, and Promaetheus Unbound) as a singer. In 2008 the band completed the line-up with entrance of Alex “Aeon” (voice), Davide (guitar) e Thomas (synth). During the summer of the same year Davide left the band, but this doesn’t prevent the five from recording, in the month of November, the four songs of “Promo 2008” .

Il gruppo nasce nel 2005 ad opera di Francesco (chitarra) e Livio (basso), come side-project della loro band principale, “Radon”, che però si scioglie poco dopo. Nel 2006 Alex, ex batterista dei Radon, raggiunge Francesco e Livio nel nuovo gruppo, battezzato “Hybrid”. Il nome vuole rispecchiare l’intento musicale della band: trovare un punto di incontro tra le correnti più moderne dell’heavy metal (metalcore, industrial metal etc.) e una matrice più tipicamente death, di stampo svedese. Nell’agosto del 2007 il gruppo registra il suo primo promo, conosciuto come “Promo 2007”, avvalendosi della collaborazione di Marcello (già cantante di Zero Tolerance, Eyelash, and Promaetheus Unbound) nel ruolo di cantante. Nel 2008 la band completa la line-up con l’ingresso di Alex “Aeon” (voce), Davide (chitarra) e Thomas (synth). Durante l’estate dello stesso anno Davide abbandona il gruppo, ma questo non impedisce ai cinque di incidere, nel mese di novembre, i quattro pezzi del “Promo 2008”.
