N.I grew up in South and North Minneapolis where at the age of 9 started performing at talent shows with dreams of being signed. With ups and downs that most do not see in their lifetime and watching his close friends get caught up and end up doing life. N.I decided to refocus on his music career to allow others to see things through his eyes. In hopes that they will live life with their future mind. N.I has performed at numerous venues such as Escape Ultra Lounge, 1st Avenue, Spirell Bar,dukes night club, Fine Line music cafe, O'Gara's, the Quest, sabas, gastofs, bar fly, Euphoria, Daddy Rocks, trocaderos ,club seven, Leaning Tower, Dinkytowner, Tabu, The Rock, Annex, South Beach, Red Sea and The Terminal. With a wide range of influences on his music, his passion is Hip-Hop. Currently touring in the local Minnesota area with his recent release of his album The Twin Cities is a melting pot, people from every hood on the map. I was raised in SOUTH & NORTH MINNEAPOLIS with ties from chicago to las vegas. I've been rappin for 20 years, I started rappin in the 4th grade with my boy Kendelle, we would do little talent show's in the hood and had dreams of gettin signed. While taking a trip to Chicago Kendelle caught a murder charge and ended up in Stateville for life. The 2 man crew we had built was gone. After that it was my mission to make it rappin.

the reason I named the album THE RENAISSANCE MAN is that since I started recording tracks and trying to get a name known in the twin cities rap game
i could never get love on getting the ball rolling. every one i talked to about beats wanted outragous amounts of money and rules about they beats ,I
couldent get no studio time and no help with the graphics,with promotions no help with my album cover. so i said its cool, ill do it myself!! so i did, made all the beats for my album, did all my own promo, did my album cover, and put my feet to the street!! ant no one gonna do it if u cant do it yourself. so thats why im THE RENAISSANCE MAN!!!
