DJ Jared & Darxide

Who reads these stupid things anyways? Well for those of you who actually are that bored, I am throwing in a few interesting things about myself I don't usually tell most people.



First off, my name is obviously Jared. "DJ Jared & Darxide". Now you're probably wondering who the hell Darxide is right? Well, I like to think of Darxide as my evil alter ego hahah, yeah I know it sounds lame, but really it's quite kewl. In my music you hear both the bright, upbeat sound and the dark, evil sound as well. Music is a huge part of my crazy life. I am both the bass player of a pretty well known band around Idaho and on the side I am a dj, of course.



Anyways, crazy things about me that you can't guess just from looking at me. I am REALLY into the paranormal and supernatural. It pretty much has fascinated me to death since I was just a little boy and decided to start facing my nightmares. I feel really intrigued about spirits, life after death and all sorts of interesting topics that most people shun away.



I practice lucid dreaming - the art of controlling one's dreams. In fact, that's where I play out and hear most of the melodies in the mixes I write. The world of dreaming is infinitely vast and full of many creative opportunities for any type of artist and I openly admit to drawing on it's resources from time to time by entering it consciously. I would be happy to teach any of you how to do it as well, just send me a message or something and I'll point you in the right direction. Well, I feel like I am rambling on right now, so I should probably shut up and just let you listen to my stuff.
