Hooman Tabrizi

Hooman Tabrizi was born in Tehran, Iran in 1975. Having been inspired by Iranian Piano giants Anoushiravan Rohani and Javad Maroufi, a rather late starter, Hooman began taking Piano lessons at the age of 15. He learned the basics from Mr. Abolghaasem Nakhaie, and less than a year later he was bestowed the privilege of learning from the great Maestro Maroufi himself, and was his student for nearly two years before Mr. Maroufi's passing.
Hooman has performed numerous times at his Alma Mater, Belmont University. He has also performed for audiences in Washington DC and in Nashville, TN.
Hooman currently resides in Atlanta, GA, and works in Management
