About Holly:

Holly is a prolific singer-songwriter, formerly with the all-girl garage band Thee Headcoatees, the female incarnation of Billy Childish group Thee Headcoats.

Her music draws upon early traditional, old fashioned, rhythm and blues, rockabilly, and even country, 50's, and 60's rock.
She has that special something - that hard-to-define, impossible to forget classic feel to her voice and a sense for simple harmony and retro sound that blows minds and wins hearts.

Thirteen solo studio albums and collaborations with Billy Childish and Rocket From The Crypt, The White Stripes; she is featured on the track "It's True That We Love One Another" from their album, Elephant.
She performed two songs on the soundtrack of the movie "Broken Flowers" 1) "There Is an End (Featuring Holly Golightly)" by The Greenhornes & Holly Golightly (can also be found on album Dual Mono) and 2) "Tell Me Now So I Know" by Holly Golightly (found on album "Truly She Is None Other").
She is also a collector of rare old songs which she often covers.

Her latest album is "You Can't Buy A Gun When You're Crying" released in May 2007
