Your new favorite Gay-Core (gXc) band has arrived. Here's to Nothing, consisting of vocalist/bassist Eric Foshee, vocalist/guitarist Jon Kovar, vocalist/guitarist Jason Castro, and drummer/hairy beast/the only smart one in the band Joel Cowen, blasted its way onto the Austin scene in late 2003 and is achieving a growing fanbase attracted by the combination of ridiculously catchy hooks, abundant three-part harmony, and helpful sexual advice. Here's to Nothing also dabbles in cocaine and relies heavily on pain medication to write most of their songs. Influenced by anything and everything from Kenny G to hardcore, you will be hard-pressed to find anything that sounds quite like h2n. Your worst fears will be realized when you find yourself humming the chorus of one of their catchy anthems and there is a 24-hour toll-free support line open for anyone who suffers from what we like to call "h2n abuse." However, if you're content with being an overusing, drugged up hobo, we suggest you take a listen and check out a show sometime. You will not be disappointed. And if you are.sorry?
