HEKTIK BEATZ

Hektik is a young talented up and coming producer from the Derby Midlands region of the UK, producing a range of different genres and styles of music.



Hektik is currently breaking through the UK music scene with his original sound and style, working with artists such as Nasty Crew, Ksounds, Midlands Mafia, Blackjack, Royal and many more. He is currently signed to Magic Circle Recordings and putting together a mixtape and a few EPs which will start to come out in the early months of 2007, they should feature some big artists.



It all started in November 2005 when he used to watch his friend produce beats on fruity loops (2NE) and quicky formed a strong interest and thought it would be something he could do. He got a version of the software and got to work. For months he was practising making beats and finding sounds until his music was good enough to show the world what he could do.



Hektik is part of a four man production team by the name of Parallel Productions. This team originally was just Hektik and 2NE, until in October 2006 they found a producer by the name of Quicks who they asked to join and he did. Parallel Productions remained a three man team until November 2006 when they asked another producer by the name of Ka0s to join as they had been workin along side with for many months.



Recently Hektik was signed to Magic Circle Records (Garna’s Label) and has lots tunes in the pipe line to be released, so make sure you look out for the beats and buy them!
