Ali Sarijlou is the mastermind behind the project "Heart Pharmacy". At first glance you may wonder where he came up with such a name. Then you hear the amazing sounds that he produces. By his definition the name means, "medicine for your musical fever". The two words combined define an amazing array of instrumentation that can only be prepared by someone with a true gift and ability to create this material. With his first album "Natural Selection" you hear the true passion in every lyric Ali sings. Accompany that with beautiful instrumentals and you have what can only be described as pure bliss. With every lyric you may find yourself traveling down a road of memories and inspiration. Now residing in San Diego, CA after making the leap from Salt Lake City, UT Ali is already drawing from his new atmosphere with the new music he is creating. Writing and producing the album by himself is a true feat in itself. As it was said in the Sundance City Weekly Review- "It is nice to see someone from Salt Lake City devoted to his craft and capable enough to produce a full length without a band, which requires extreme dedication, vision, and a huge investment of time and money. Sarijlou isn't going anywhere but up."
