R-O-B-U-S-T!!!

In the mid of 2004 six acts from the Hannover Hip-Hop scene, who were acting independently til that point, finally got together. Their goals: multiplexing their energies, reaching set goals together and founding a record-label. HANNOVER ROBUST was born. Out of this ingeniously fusion of artists the most requested and on the go label of the lower-saxony capital emerged. Now, after releasing over 12 Records, which got love throughout the way, including a bunch of solo releases, as well as several release parties, each with averaged 400 people rocking, and an enormous number of livegigs, HANNOVER ROBUST is planing on taking new challenges: Now, in 2009, the label keeps on working on a high profile outside of Hannover, on national level. C3F, 121 Crew, The Big Tune, Man at Rhymez, Mase Fridolin: 5 Acts - with lyrics that defy all Hip-Hop-stupidness, and PISA-cliches; with beats that easily combine the warm,organic sound of the golden era with temporary sounds; with a presence on stage that lives the word "live" up to its fullest - are ready to go.
