Hand Of Death

We formed in June 2006 after becoming disillusioned with the local scene and bonding over a mutual desire to create music with the simple philosophy of passion, aggression and emotion. We took inspiration from a wide range of styles, with each member adding their own unique influence.



In April 2007, we embarked on our first tour with Residual Effect, RSJ and I Remain, released our first cd "We Only Kill Each Other", and parted ways with our bassist. We made the decision not to seek a replacement, and continued as a 4 piece for a long time, until our good friend Szev joined and we had a bassist once again.

We played shows with with awesome bands such as Go It Alone, Yacopsae, Magrudergrind, Staathaat, Cathode, Architects, Your Demise and August Burns Red.



Hand Of Death represented many things. A hand can be used to give a loving caress, to help someone in times of need or distress, or to strike them down with deadly force. We are blessed with these gifts; it is up to us how we choose to use them.



We've split up now. Shit happens.
