Jo Hall

Jo Hall is a Singer Songwriter whose influences include Joni Mitchell, Joan Armatrading, Alicia Keys and many more. Her songs are mainly drawn from personal experience.
Classically trained on Piano, Jo now mainly performs with Acoustic Guitar. She has developed her own percussive style with jazz/folk influences. Her voice is both emotive and soulful and is best heard live to appreciate fully.
She has had several releases with the most prolific one being on the Café del Mar series and successively on other titles including Hed Kandi and Ministry of Sound. As well as working as a Session vocalist on various projects she has co-written with Mick Talbot (Style Council, Galliano) and supported artists such as Mercury Award Nominated, I Am Kloot.
