UKM stands for Ungdommens Kultur Mønstring (Norwegian). In English i guess it would mean Youth Cultural Gathering or something.
This is kind of like a Cultural competition among youths in Norway where the "winners" or the "more lucky ones" ends up in a national festival/final in Trondheim city.
