BIO-INFO ESPAÑOL GUADAÑA
Es una banda de death metal originaria de la Cd. de Guadalajara, Jal. México, formado a principios de 1997, se inicio tocando a nivel local. Ofrece su primer tocada con bandas locales teniendo una mejor aceptación de lo que se esperaba.
A solo seis meses de su formación grabo su primer material (en formato de kct ) con dos canciones con el cual la banda se dió a conocer y tuvo la oportunidad de tocar en conciertos importantes de bandas reconocidas en la escena nacional como: Transmetal, Garrobos, Supplicio, Sargatanás y Buried Dreams.
A partir de ese momento se grabo un segundo demo ( tambien en formato de kct ) donde el lanzamiento de este demo se presento en un concierto al lado de Nightwish ( Finlandia ) que tuvo lugar en el Centro Cultural Roxy de Guadalajara y posteriormente junto a Inflames ( Suecia ) el cual se llevo a cabo en el mismo centro cultural.
Después de estos eventos el demo salió a la venta al mercado teniendo como respuesta la venta total de todos los demos ( 1000 ), por lo cual Guadaña siempre estará agradecida con la escena nacional.
Posteriormente Guadaña fue incluida en el Devastation Tour 2001 acompañando a bandas como Transmetal, Disgorge, Cenotaph y Anarchus en el Centro Cultural Roxy. La banda realizó una gira a finales del 2001 incluyendo lugares como: Mazatlán, Ocotlán, Zamora, La Piedad, Morelia, Zacatecas, Tepic, Aguascalientes, Uruapan entre otras.
A principios del 2002 Guadaña graba un tercer demo ( en formato de cd ) realizando otra gira por las ciudades antes mencionadas, al termino de la gira Guadaña fue elegida entre aproximadamente 90 bandas de la republica y los Angeles para participar en el Alma Mater Fest 2002, concierto histórico que se llevó a cabo en el Foro de Arte y Cultura de Guadalajara quedando registrado en un video de gran formato y un disco en vivo de calidad profesional.
Para el 2003 nuevamente son invitados al Devastation tour 2003 en su ciudad natal, lo cual para esta ocasión acompaño a bandas como : Transmetal, Leprosy, Luzbel y Disgorge llevándose acabo en el Hard Rock Live , y terminando el año con varios conciertos a nivel local.
En el año 2004 continua con sus presentaciones a nivel local , asi como a nivel republica , destacando en este año un concierto en la ciudad de celaya Guanajuato donde compartieron escenario con Terrorist de (Argentina.)
Durante el 2005 Guadaña sigue con sus conciertos por varios lugares de la republica. ademas de abrir la gira de Sepultura ( brasil ) en la Concha Acustica en la ciudad de Guadalajara, jalisco . Ademas son invitadados para unos conciertos en Mexicali y Ensenada B.C.
Luego de este evento Guadaña fue convocada a tocar a diferentes ciudades, lo cual demuestra que el Metal sigue vigente y ha cobrado fuerza con el tiempo.
Para el año ( 2006 ) Guadaña graba su Primer Producción Oficial de forma independiente el cual contiene 6 tracks titulado "MATAR POR MATAR" por lo que empieza su gira por toda la republica para dar a conocer el CD EP asi como seguir tocando en vivo ya que el contacto con la gente es el aliciente para seguir dentro del rock.

It is a band of death metal it would originate of the City of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. formed at the beginning of 1997, you beginning playing at local level. offers their first concert with local bands having a better acceptance of what was expected.

Later on GUADAÑA was included in the Devastation Tour 2001 accompanying bands like Transmetal, Disgorge, Cenotaph and Anarchus in the Cultural Center Roxy. The band carried out a tour at the end of the 2001 including places like: Mazatlán, Ocotlán, Zamora, La Piedad, Morelia, Zacatecas, Tepic, Aguascalientes, Uruapan among others.
At the beginning of the 2002 GUADAÑA records a third demo ( in cd format ) carrying out another tour before for the cities mentioned, to the I finish of the tour GUADAÑA it was chosen among approximately 90 bands of the republic and the Angeles,california to participate in the Alma Mater Fest 2002, concert historical that was taken I end up in the Forum of Art and Culture of Guadalajara, Jalisco. Mexico being registered in a video of great format and a live disk of professional quality.
For the 2003 the band is invited the Devastation tour 2003 in its native city, that which I accompany to bands for this occasion like: Transmetal, Leprosy, Luzbel and Disgorge taking you ends up in the Hard Rock Live, and finishing the year with several concerts at local level.
In the year 2004 continuous with their presentations at local level, as well as at level republic, highlighting in this year a concert in the celaya city Guanajuato where they shared scenario with the band Terrorist of (Argentina.)
During the 2005 GUADAÑA it continues with their concerts for several places of the republic. besides being, the band that opens the tour of Sepultura (brasil) in the Acoustic Shell in the city of Guadalajara, jalisco. The band is also invited for some concerts in Mexicali and Ensenada B.C.
After this event the band was summoned to play to different cities, that which demonstrates that the Metal continues effective and it has charged force with the time.
For year (2006) GUADAÑA it records their First Official Production in an independent way which contains 6 titled tracks "Matar Por Matar" for what their tour begins with the whole republic to give to know the CD EP as well as to continue playing live since the contact with people is the incentive to continue inside the rock.
