Since organizing in 1990, Greater Vision has been delighting audiences with their rich vocal blend and their effective ability to communicate the message of the gospel. Throughout the past 16 years, Greater Vision has established a firm place at the pinnacle of Christian music, and has become the most awarded trio in the history of gospel music.



The vocals and rich harmony Greater Vision has become recognized for are a direct result of the blending of three unique and extremely versitile vocalists. Gerald Wolfe, the groups founder and emcee, sings the lead. Prolific songwriter, Rodney Griffin, handles the baritone part for the trio, while Jason Waldroup, the groups youngest member, provides the exceptional tenor part.



For almost two decades, individual and group honors have flowed their way in bunches. The group has been named Trio of the Year by the Singing News Magazine and the Southern Gospel Music Association, and they have also received numerous honors for Song of the Year, Album of the Year and Video of the Year. Additionally, Rodney Griffin has been named Songwriter of the Year for eight consecutive years. Gerald Wolfe has been named Favorite Male Vocalist for six consecutive years, and Jason Waldroup has received gospel music's Favorite Young Artist and Favorite Tenor Awards.



Refusing to rest on current and past success, Greater Vision continues to strive to reach even higher plateaus with the release of each new recording. Their most recent recording, Hymns of the Ages, produced by Dove Award winning producer, Lari Goss, once again affirms Greater Vision's commitment to clearly and effectively communicate the message of the gospel.



Almost 200 times each year, the three gentlemen collectively known as Greater Vision, unite to present the gospel in a way that has endeared them to audiences across the United States and Canada. Their deepest desire is to encourage the Christian listener to share their faith with others and to cause the listener who isn't a Christian to see their need for having a personal relationship with Jesus. With each mile traveled, Greater Vision continues to spread the message of the gospel to all who will listen.
