Grayson Manor formed in 2002 in Grayson, GA with the purpose of bringing back a REAL rock show and REAL rock n’ roll. The band members’ ages, 18-26, show in their high-energy performances, but they know their rock history: with influences including The Faces, Aerosmith, John Mellencamp, Guns N’ Roses, Bruce Springsteen, and the Rolling Stones, these guys are the real thing.Grayson Manor has played hundreds of shows in the past couple of years, including 6 US tours, selling nearly 10,000 copies of their debut EP "Back on the Rock" in the process. Their first full-length album, "Children of the Manor", was produced by Robert Carranza (Beck, Jack Johnson, Ozomatli, The Mars Volta) and was released in Europe on Bad Reputation Records and in the U.S. on Grayson Records.Currently, Grayson Manor is working on a new album with legendary producer Mike Clink (Guns N’ Roses, Bad Company, Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, Heart, Motley Crue) and has also released internet-only tracks produced by Rick Beato (Shinedown, Ingram Hill, Trey Anastasio, Vince Neil) to rave reviews.Lead singer Brad Cox was the only unsigned singer to audition for the group Velvet Revolver, which garnered him international press. Grayson Manor was featured on Budweiser’s sponsored television show "True Music" for their SXSW performance. They have also been featured in numerous magazines around the world, including Classic Rock, Revolver, Metal Edge, and Rock Hard. Not only that, but they have received radio airplay in 35 states and in 5 other countries, not to mention countless internet radio plays and online press. Grayson Manor is the only proof that rock is still alive…come see for yourself!WHAT THEY'RE SAYING.
---Classic Rock Magazine: "This is a sparky, colourful debut. The key-component in this classically hard-rocking set is singer Brad Cox. His spirited yelping tops off an audaciously energetic display of potential. On this sort of form, the next album could be really great.
---AtlantaRockShows.com: "If you’ve been missing the glory days of rock and roll, be sure to look up Grayson Manor. Through their hard work and dedication, they’re making the music they want to make and finding success along the way."
---Metal-Guide.com: "This is the debut album of the band that comes from USA, and for a debut, it certainly is a success. The album is pure fun to listen to, and brings back a lot of the energy and feeling of the 80's. Check it out."
---Mayfair Mall Zine: "The band hope to bring good time rock n' roll back into the mainstream and bring an end to emotionless rock music that is plaguing the youth of today. They want to put some energy back into the souls of today’s young and with Children of the Manor they are certainly gonna do that."
---MetalRage: "Great groovy hard rocks songs. The songs all sound very nice and have loads of catchy riffs. Children Of The Manor is really a feel good album with a lot of energy. This is music that makes you sing along. So if you are looking for some good old school hard rock, this is the shit. Pure hard rock like the big names of the hard rock history used to play."
---Metal Invader: "Very pleasant sound and after a couple of listens you will be eager to hear the same tracks in an arena, with a couple of beers and few chicks surrounding you! Not much to say really, just Rock 'n' Roll people, fucking Rock 'n' Roll!"
---Nightfall.fr: "With the release of this first album by Grayson Manor, one must wonder whether Slash, Duff McKagan & co. made an error of not casting Brad Cox. Too bad for the ex-Gunners and so much better for those who are researching new groups of promising hard rock."Grayson Manor uses and proudly endorses:
