Gone Hollywood

In April of last year, only months after forming, Gone Hollywood burst onto the scene with a series of packed shows in local Toronto clubs. As time passed, the band shared bills with larger local and out-of-town acts, and the shows grew in size and popularity. For a solid year, the band has been promoting their music online and on the streets. Their MySpace and Facebook communities have grown immensely since their inception and continue to grow. After a year of hard work, Gone Hollywood has released their first EP and are already working on their debut full-length concept album.



The band consists of vocalist George Bonkowsky, guitarist and vocalist Melvin Godfrey, guitarist Yegor Zakarov, bassist Matt Levac, and drummer Allan Bigwood. This fivesome packs a powerful punch with visceral screams, sing-along choruses, and a driving rhythm section topped off with in-your-face guitar work.



Arguably one of the most energetic, and fastest growing heavy bands in Toronto, Gone Hollywood aims to entertain and satisfy their fans, and aren't shy to join the crowd. As the live show grows in size, so does their fan base. Gone Hollywood is quickly becoming a household name in the independent music scene.
