Global Gathering Permanent License



Global Gathering, the UK’s biggest dance weekender has been granted a permanent license making it an eternal fixture in the festival diary.



Global Gathering has been granted a permanent license. From summer 2007, the festival will confirm its place as a guaranteed fixture on the music events calendar. Launched seven years ago in 2000 Global Gathering has grown into a two day camping festival which attracts no less than 50,000 from all over the world. The license, which received no public objections, has been granted to allow the event breathing space to grow even bigger year on year!

To maximize all levels of the sonic and emotional spectrum, to tug at the heart, challenge the mind, and inspire the body is a feat not easily achieved in a cut and paste world fueled by instant gratification and reactionary creativity.

To successfully perpetuate such magic over time poses even greater challenges.
