I am the redeemed of the Lord. I lived to minister to the Lord presenting my body a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to Him. 1st and foremost I am a minister and disciple of Christ, then a Christian rapper.

Born in Greensboro, North Carolina to his mother, and 2 brothers ( Father departing at the age of 3) G-Rane experience many of the struggles common to African American youth, and began music at the age of 14 doing secular music, despite being prophesied to about the things he would do in God at 12. He was called at a secular concert the summer of 2007, opening for Yung Joc, lil boozie, Dj Drama, and many others, to come out from among them and did so upon losing his taste
for the foolishness of the world. As he says " I got tired of being somebodies party, I wanted my life to mean something, I needed purpose and God gave it to me."
Since G-Rane has hit the stage to minister rapping and preaching all over america with his testimony opening for Yolanda Adams, Micah Stampley, Mali Music, Da'Truth, Ambassador, Tasha Cobbs, Myron Butler, James Fortune & Fiya, and Maurette Brown Clark to name a few.
Christian Rapper, Annointed prophet, and evangelist Brandon "G-Rane" Cook is the difference seperating the called by God from the artist.
