About me:

My name is Gis Johannsson (pronounced geese). I'm from Iceland and I live in Nashville. I'm working on my third album and, if you are a writer and want to hook up, let's get in touch! If you are a publishing company, also get in touch. If you are record company, well yeah , you know I wanna get in touch. Prior to moving to Nashville I lived in Los Angeles where I played at some of my favorite country music venues, rodeos and fairs as well as touring over seas. I've recorded two albums, "Bring Me You" (02) and Native Son (04), so it'shigh time I get the third on out! I've been on the ticket with Lonestar, Jo Dee Messina, Phil Vassar, Buddy Jewell, Hal Ketchum and Dwight Yoakam. Had great fun too with some of California and Nashville's best musicians!
