Gene Perez is known throughout the music community among Artists, Producers, Record Companies, etc. His repertoire of musical styles vary from House to Latin to punk to Funk & Fusion. Over 25 years of road & studio work with many artist. Currently on the road with Diva Mary Wilson of the Supremes, Grammy winner Louie Vega and Elements of Life, 11 Grammy Nominated Salsa Legend Willie Colon and New York Yankee great Bernie Williams. At home in NYC he is in the studio with The Masters at Work, Louie Vega, Kenny Dope, Dave Morales, Eric Morillo, Lenny Fontana, Matthias Heilbronn, Louis Bennedetti, Todd Terry, Lil Louis , Man-X & many other producers city wide, across the country & overseas. In June 1990 The Nelson Mandela Rally at Yankee Stadium. TV credits include: Bernie Williams Moving Forward, Center Stage, Yankees Magazine, The Cosby Show. BET Live & Soul Train. As well as The 25th year anniversary for "Siembra Album Concert" featuring Salsa's infamous duo Willie Colon and Ruben Blades at the Hiram Bithorn Stadium in Puerto Rico.
